Content & Social Media:
Created content strategies targeting long-term expat renters. Wrote and designed social media posts that highlighted VietRide’s services, rider experiences, and Vietnam travel tips to attract and retain customers.
Website Management:
Built and managed the company website using WordPress and Elementor. Structured landing pages, implemented SEO best practices, and ensured the website aligned with the brand’s tone and customer journey.
Customer Engagement & Branding:
Developed visual materials for both online and offline use, including posters, brochures, and product photos. Helped shape VietRide’s brand voice and identity by turning real customer stories and experiences into engaging narratives.
